There have been three major leaps in my progression towards becoming a successful landscape photographer: The first was purchasing a 5x4 camera, the second was learning Photoshop and the final step was discovering Pixel Perfect. Any progression from here-on can only be incremental.
Before using Pixel Perfect, my prints had a distinctly amateurish quality. Your lab’s adherence to colour management and its choice of products affords me the freedom to create prints that match my vision. From the beginning of our business relationship you and your staff have been extremely efficient and helpful in getting us up and running into your labs digital workflow. You have been a tremendous help with your vast knowledge of color, computers and software.
In our 15 years of business, we have done business with many labs here in the United States. We have also done business with other labs in Australia. I can honestly say that quality of prints that we receive from Pixel Perfect far surpass any prints from these other labs. I have never had more compliments from clients in regards to the color quality as I have since we began printing with you. I have had several other photographers marvel at the quality of the prints that we receive from your lab.
I have told many photographers about your lab and the consistent quality and service that we receive. I am sure that as other photographers become more educated and informed as to the ease of doing business in Australia, your lab will see an increase in the amount of work that is sent from the U.S. I have had a few photographers say that they think that we are crazy to send our work overseas. But when they are shown the difference in the color and quality, not to mention the price; they quickly see the light.
I know that because of your lab, the quality of the final product that we deliver to our clients has risen. We have set a new standard in our area as far as quality, and the competition will have to follow or suffer.

It's ironic that is had to come from a lab halfway around the globe! Actually, our clients are quite impressed when we tell them we use a lab all the way in Australia for our printing. They seem to find it rather "cool". When they ask, "why Australia?", we reply, "Because they offer the best digital prints we have found anywhere, AND they are actually quicker than our local lab!"

Just a big thank you for the great job that you have done with outputting my digital work. I say this as a set of images which you handled early this year achieved great results at the recent Wedding & Portrait Photographers International Awards in USA. One image was awarded the Grand Award in the Wedding Category. Two others achieved 2nd & 3rd in individual categories. With out the necessary colour management & high quality output, these images would not have stood up to the standard required of international competition.
